The Milford man that was involved in a “violent confrontation” with Warsaw and Winona Lake police officers last week is facing a multitude of charges.
The Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office filed fourteen charges against 25-year old Miguel Enrique Delfin Cruz, twelve of them felonies, which include criminal confinement, battery to a public safety official, disarming a law enforcement officer, and intimidation with a deadly weapon.

This comes after Cruz resisted arrest at the Quick Clean Laundry on East Winona Avenue last Wednesday evening. Police say Cruz also physically struck a female officer in the head several times and also pointed a loaded handgun at her head.
Cruz’s bond was set at $250,000.
