An 17-year-old is dead after being hit by a train.
WNDU reports the pedestrian was struck around 3 a.m. this morning on East Lincoln near 8th Street. The train sat on the track for nearly four hours after the collision before it began moving again.
Police have identified the victim as Charles Adkins of Goshen.
