Elkhart County is looking to fill 20,000 to 25,000 job openings in the manufacturing industry.
A press release from the Indiana Department of Workforce Development says this influx of job opportunities are predominately from some of Elkhart’s largest employers such as Lippert Components, Forest River RV Corporation and Thor Industries.
Specific jobs functions available include engineers, welders, plumbers, technicians, electrical hook-ups and installers, builders, parts and shipping specialists, customer service representatives, and supervisors and managers.
