Four people arrested in four separate meth related cases have pleaded guilty in Elkhart. 24 year old Derrick Perky agreed to a capped sentence of 30 years in prison after police arrested him when he started a fire in an apartment complex while trying to cook the drug. The Elkhart Truth reports 37 year old James Jones agreed to a 20 year sentence for attempt to manufacture, 40 year old Kerry Sponseller agreed to a sentence of 17 years for dealing, and 24 year old Brittany Freeling left her sentence to the courts discretion.
