A Kosciusko County town is going to be making wastewater treatment improvements. The town of North Webster is going to rehabilitate their aging wastewater treatment plant along with its collection system. The town will also expand the capacity of the exisiting plant so it can provide service to nearby communities. The improvements will improve water quality as well as maintaining the environment. The town secured a $3.5 million low-interest loan through the Indiana Finance Authority’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund, which means the town will save over $600,000 in interest expenses in the life of the loan.
