State Police are stepping up efforts to catch speeders in work zones, this after 5 work zone deaths in the last two months. Among those deaths are two construction workers. In Indianapolis some drivers were clocked at 20mph over the posted speed limit. Troopers say speeding in work zones puts innocent lives at risk. The plan is to give out more tickets to get drivers to slow down. Last year there were 13 people killed in work zone crashes, which was up from the prior year.
