Indianapolis International Airport will be recognized as North America's top airport in terms of passenger satisfaction this week. It's the second straight year the airport has received the Airport Service Quality award from Airports Council International. City officials will join airport administrators at the award presentation July 1st. The council ranks airports on the basis of passenger surveys assessing 34 aspects of their experiences. A minimum of 1,400 passengers each year are surveyed at each airport. Other airports receiving the honor include those in Cape Town, South Africa, Moscow, and Abu Dhabi.
