BOURBON – The offices of Triton Elementary and Triton Junior-Senior High School will reopen today after being closed in July for cleaning and maintenance. Online registration is available at www.triton.k12.in.us.
Elementary office hours are 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Junior-Senior High School office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Textbook rental for Triton Elementary School: kindergarten, $92.17; first grade, $106.38; second grade, $132.40; third grade, $118.68; fourth grade, $107.13; fifth grade, $109.91; sixth grade, $119.04. Elementary student lunch is $2 per day and student breakfast is $1.10 per day. The hours for registration and textbook rental collection for Triton Elementary are Monday, 7/25 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Tuesday, 7/26 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The student registration and textbook rental collection dates for Triton Junior-Senior High are today from 8 a.m. to noon, 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.; and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. Textbook rental cost for Triton Junior-Senior High is not available as the amount is based on the classes each student enrolls in.
New students entering Triton Junior-Senior High must call 574-342-6505 to make an appointment to register. Junior-Senior High student lunch is $2.25 per day and student breakfast is $1.25 per day.
Textbooks are to be paid in full or a payment schedule must be established on these dates for both buildings.
The Triton athletic meeting for grades fifth through 12th athletes, parents and coaches is at 6 p.m. Aug. 4 in the high school auditorium.
Seventh-grade orientation is Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in the high school auditorium.
The first day of school for students is Aug. 3.
