Warsaw’s Central Park is hosting a Family Safety Day from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday, September 10.
Join Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory and other organizations such as Kosciusko REMC, Lutheran Health Network, Kosciusko Community Hospital and Protechs, Inc. for the event.
There will be zip line rides, a free safe-assured ID for kids, the opportunity to save a life through blood donation, boat rides and a bicycle rodeo. In addition to the wealth of life-saving information, there will be lots of fun, too. There also will be a chance to win a bicycle and other prizes along with free face painting and bicycle helmets.
Daren the DARE lion and Sparky the Fire Dog will both be on hand to meet and greet with children.
