A happy reunion between a Missouri semi driver who was involved in a collision, Wednesday, on the Indiana Toll Road in Elkhart County, and his dog, which bolted from the rig after the collision. Based in Missouri, Luther drives semitrailers cross-country for a living. His dog, Tia, has gone along for the ride since he adopted her last Christmas. Luther started searching for her right away. He called the Elkhart County Humane Society Thursday when they opened to see if Tia had been turned in. Lucky for both him, and Tia, she was turned in, after being found wandering through a woman's yard off I-80 near the crash site. The two were reunited on Thursday.
