Governor Mike Pence is praising the state's fiscal health as looks ahead new two-year budget. Pence says he believes there good reason Indiana is attracting new jobs. He says, Indiana's 100-million dollar budget surplus and two billion in reserves come with tough choices and hard work. He says that's a credit to agencies that have tightened their belts and continue to provide top-notch service.
