It's two years behind bars for a Niles man who pleaded guilty to assaulting a 13 year-old girl. The victim was living with 20 year-old John Ellis Solloway at the time. The Niles Daily Star reports he offered the girl a massage, but then forced himself on her. During sentencing, the judge told Solloway, had the girl been 12, instead of 13, he would have received a more stiff sentence of 25 years in prison.
