Indiana's immunization tool has reached a milestone. Health officials announced today that more than 50,000 records have now been accessed using MyVaxIndiana, the online tool created through a technology grant and launched by the Indiana State Department of Health in 2012. By visiting the secure website, MyVaxIndiana.in.gov, Hoosiers can download, print, email, or fax their official immunization records.
