The investigation into how Indiana's Bureau of Motor Vehicles overcharged it's drivers continues. The former head of the BMV will have to answer questions about how people were overcharged and why. Both are inquires the former commissioner, Scott Waddell and his attorney haven‘t yet addressed. According to a judge, an obstruction tactic like that, equates to wonderfully withholding testimony. Reports say Waddell will have to come clean about at least 28 questions he avoided in that taped deposition you just heard.
