The next hearing for the Gary man charged in the strangulation deaths of two women, has been set for January. This follows a judge entering informal not-guilty pleas on behalf of 43-year-old Darren Vann. Not only is he charged in the deaths of 19-year-old Afrikka Hardy and 35-year-old Anith Jones, but he's also suspected of killing five other women whose bodies were also found in the Gary area. Vann's hearing in both cases is set for Janurary 9th.
