Prosecutors are seeking a DNA sample from the Gary man whose charged in the strangulation deaths of two women and is suspected of killing five others. A Lake County court has scheduled a hearing for December 5th on the request for a DNA mouth swab from 43-year-old Darren Vann of Gary. Vann faces murder charges in the death of 19-year-old Afrikka Hardy and 35-year-old Anith Jones. He's accused of killing five other women, after he led police to their bodies inside abandoned homes.
