A former North Webster exotic dance club owner will spend five months in federal prison for false reporting on his income taxes.
Samuel Stimmel, 67, who owned Stimmelators Gentleman’s Club in North Webster, pleaded to three counts of filing false tax forms in U.S. District Court Northern District of Indiana.
According to court documents, Stimmel did not report income earned from the ATM at the club.
On Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Jon DeGuillio sentenced Stimmel to five months in prison. Stimmel is scheduled to report to prison Jan. 4.
Stimmel also was ordered to pay $61,185 in restitution.
