A second person has lost their life after a house fire in Starke County. It happened near Knox on Friday. Two adults, Carl Manns and Leslie Manns, were pulled from the blaze and sent to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne. Firefighters, however, were unable to locate two-year-old Lucas Fisher in time. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Leslie Manns died on Saturday. A state Fire Marshal Investigator says the fire is believed to be “accidental” in nature, though the investigation continues.
