A fourth person has been arrested in connection with an Indianapolis house explosion that killed two people and damaged dozens of homes. Marion County prosecutors plan to say more this afternoon, (thursday) about the man's connection to the 2012 case. Monserrate Shirley; her former boyfriend, Mark Leonard; and his brother, Bob Leonard, are accused of plotting to blow up the house to collect insurance money. A couple living next door was killed.
