ELKHART COUNTY – A psychiatric evaluation has been completed for the Fort Wayne mother accused of smothering her two children.
A judge ordered the evaluation of Amber Pasztor be sealed, according to the Goshen News,
Pasztor is expected to undergo another exam on January 16 to see if she’s fit to stand trial.
She faces murder charges after admitting to Elkhart police she killed her 7-year-old daughter Liliana Hernadez and six-year-old son Rene Pasztor in September.
On December 29th, Pasztor is due back in court for a hearing. Her trial is tentatively set to begin January 23.
