A Silver Lake man has been accused of having sexual relations with a 13-year old girl. 40-year old Dustin Edward Owens allegedly has been having sex with the teen, who is now 32-weeks pregnant. Court documents say a caseworker from CPS talked with the victim and the teen claims Owens is the only person she's had intercourse with. Howerver, Owens claims the child is not his.The case worker was informed that the intercourse with Ownes started in April when the victim was 12. According to the affidavit, the intercourse happened at Owen's residence. The case worker also spoke with the victim's 12-year-old sister, who said Owens kissed and touched her inappropriately. Owens is currently being held at the Kosciusko County Jail with no bond.
