Construction along part of East Market Street in Warsaw continues as crews work on sewer connections for the future Little Crow Lofts, 201 S. Detroit St.
Construction began Tuesday and required the closing of Market Street between Detroit and Hickory streets for up to 10 days, weather permitting. The building is being renovated into 42 residential units, including 35 two-bedroom units and seven one-bedroom units.
According to Doug Prusynski, Commonwealth Construction Corporation, construction is “going good” and estimated people would be moving into the apartments within a week after Christmas. Commonwealth Companies is the developer, general contractor and property management firm for the project.
