The man facing charges for failing to disclose to his sexual partners that he was HIV-positive had his bond revoked late last week. The Times Union reports that Kosciusko Superior Court Judge David Cates revoked the bond for 37-year old Travis Spoor of Silver Lake during a closed hearing Thursday.
Spoor faces 13 felony charges in four counties on allegations he failed to notify the women he had sex with that he was HIV-positive. He was later arrested in Marshall, Wabash and Allen counties on similar charges and was free on bond from all four.
Spoor is scheduled for a jury trial June 13 in Kosciusko County on two counts of malicious mischief involving bodily fluids.
