Charges against one of the three men accused in the armed robbery of a North Webster home have been dropped. Prosecutor Dan Hampton confirmed to the “Times Union” that 30-year old Daniel Edgar of Topeka is no longer charged in the case, but he did not say why the charge was dropped. Edgar was arrested after police said he helped Jesse Roberson rob Roberson’s grandparents’ home of guns, money, jewelry and medication. Roberson was arrested April 12 and Cody Stuckman was arrested the following day in connection with the robbery. Police originally said Stuckman drove Edgar and Roberson to the home.
