A Warsaw resident was not injured in a crash involving three vehicles in Elkhart County yesterday. Sheriff’s deputies say the crash happened just after 4 p.m. near New Paris.
Investigators say a car driven by 61-year old Anne Pierce of Goshen allegedly pulled into the path of a car driven by 29-year old Rosario Ortiz-Ortiz on State Road 15 at County Road 46.
Pierce’s car rolled after the collision and its undercarriage hit a pickup driven by 18-year old Jesse Mitchell of New Paris. A passenger in Pierce’s vehicle, 8-year old Madison Keck of Goshen, was treated for arm pain and Pierce had cuts on her hand.
