Kingsford Heights former clerk treasurer Patricia Arnett is arrested. she face two counts of theft and one count of official misconduct in LaPorte County.
Indiana State Police say their investigation shows the 46-year-old was paid hourly, but wasn’t working the hours she claimed.
WNDU reports she took office in January of 2016 and resigned at some point this past April.
