A Milford man is in jail after leading police on a chase Saturday during Milford Fest.
Frank Rocha is charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, being a habitual traffic violator, resisting law enforcement, and reckless driving.
A press release from the Milford Police Department says officers observed the 37-year-old driving a car that almost struck two other vehicles. When officers attempted a traffic stop, they say Rocha fled.
The pursuit didn’t end until the suspect’s car collided with a Milford police car, but the Times Union reports damage was under $700.
Rocha was taken into custody, but is now out on bond.
