The Indiana Department of Transportation announces bridge maintenance on U.S. 30 in Kosciusko and Whitley Counties could begin as soon as Monday June 5.
INDOT maintenance crews will perform joint maintenance on three bridges in the following locations:
- U.S. 30 westbound over Deeds Creek, 1.08 miles west of S.R. 13 in Kosciusko County
- U.S. 30 westbound over Eel River, 1.15 east of S.R. 205 in Whitley County
- U.S. 30 eastbound over Schuman Ditch, 1.7 miles east of S.R. 5 in Whitley County
A press release from INDOT says drivers can expect to see lane closures and stopped traffic on U.S. 30 in each of the areas listed above.
Work is scheduled to be completed by Friday June 9, weather permitting.
