A trial date is set for 32-year-old Tiffany Chapman-Lane of Columbia City.
She’s accused of killing her ex-husband in North Manchester May 25. Chapman-Lane faces charges of murder, attempted murder, aggravated battery, and carrying a handgun without a license. She will be in Wabash Circuit Court September 26-27.
In addition to charges for the shooting death of her ex-husband Jacob Chapman, she is accused of wounding of his current wife, Sarah Chapman, in their North Manchester driveway.
Chapman-Lane has entered a preliminary plea of not guilty, according to Your News Local.
Three of the charges against Chapman-Lane are felonies, while the gun charge is a misdemeanor.
