A South Bend Common Council vote could lead to more food trucks.
They voted unanimously Monday night on ordinances that extend hours of operation, enforce parking laws, and cut license costs for food truck owners, according to WNDU.
The President of the South Bend Common Council says he hopes the lower costs and longer hours on the street will bring have more food trucks rolling into the city.
“It gives trucks in the area thinking about coming to South Bend, an opportunity to come here and open up business,” explained Tim Scott.
