A statewide silver alert is in effect for an 80-year-old reported missing in Fort Wayne. Thomas Sodano was last seen around 8:30 Sunday morning. Police say he is believed to be in danger and may require medical attention. Sodano is 5 feet 7 inches tall, 185 lbs., with medium length brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue t-shirt, and casual shoes. Sodano has a tattoo of a bird on each side of his chest and a faded tattoo on his underarm that says, “mom and dad.” The sheriff’s department says he may have been traveling to Decatur to visit a flea market. Police believe he is driving a 2007 white Ford Ranger with Indiana plate TK439MDY.
