Fake calls from the IRS are bombarding Northern Indiana residents. Phone Calls are being received from a 202 area code from people who claim they're with the IRS. The caller ID even shows Washington, DC. People are panicking as they're being told that they've committed a crime by failing to pay their income taxes and in order TO NOT be arrested, they must provide checking account info. Officials with the BBB say, the IRS would never call in this fashion.
