Elkhart County Police have arrested one man and cited two juveniles after a hit-and-run crash in which the suspect was driving a stolen car. It happened on Sunday. Police received a car from a woman who reported her pick-up truck and a fence had been hit. Police say the driver, identified as 18 year-old Bryan Stice, left the scene and was picked up by a 15 year-old boy driving another vehicle. Sheriff's Deputies stopped the vehicle and found Stice, the teen driver and a 17 year-old boy inside. Stice was arrested for illegal alcohol consumption. More charges are expected against him. The two juveniles were cited on driving and alcohol charges.
