The Millersburg Town Marshall is now facing criminal charges for the alleged possession of women’s underwear for unauthorized purposes. Indiana State Police carried out the investigation into the alleged misconduct. The prosecutor’s office has charged him with two counts of criminal conversion for the incidents in October of last year and February of this year. He now faces up to a year in jail and a $5,000 fine.
