A Middlebury man faces up to 68 years in prison for charges of molestation of a family member. The Elkhart County Prosecutor's office says 56 year-old Gregory Rose was found guilty on Tuesday of two felony counts of child molestation. According to The Elkhart Truth these charges refer to incidents that occurred in 2010 involving a ten year-old child, who passed a note to a classmate saying she had been raped. Rose is now a repeat offender, which added time to his possible sentence. His sentence will be handed down on September 4th.
