It's a guilty plea to reckless driving from South Bend Councilman Henry Davis Jr. stemming from his drunk driving arrest in July when he was stopped after driving in the wrong direction on the U.S. 20 Bypass. With the plea, the Special Prosecutor has agreed to drop the DUI and endangerment charges. Davis Jr. will serve 6 months probation and have an ignition lock placed on his vehicle for 60 days.
