On Sunday the Plymouth Police Department received a report of sexual activity involving a 13-year-old girl and a 20-year-old man named Devante Halcomb. Investigation revealed that two sexual encounters had taken place in Plymouth in October. Halcomb was located and interviewed on Monday afternoon. He was then booked into the Marshall County Jail on charges of Child Molesting, a Level 3 Felony. Bond has been set at $50,000.
