A Plymouth school bus driver is being charged with the hit-and-run crash that damaged another vehicle. It was earlier this month when a Marshall County woman reported that her vehicle was damaged while it sat idle. A neighbor who saw the collision told officers the vehicle was hit by a school bus. Police tracked the suspect vehicle to 69 year-old Michael Chaney. He's being charged with Failure to Stop.
