Another shooting is under investigation at Saleh’s Market near downtown Elkhart. Police were called to the convenience store in the 400 block of Middlebury Street just after 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon to find a single bullet was fired from outside the building into the store. About a handful of customers and workers were in the store when the bullet pierced a wall and went through a drink cooler, shattering the glass. Customers ran to the back of the store to hide. There were no injuries. Store workers told police they heard as many as 8 shots fired.
