If your children haven’t yet told Santa Claus what they want for Christmas, they will have plenty of opportunities starting Friday.
The Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club delivered Santa’s House to the courthouse square downtown Tuesday. This is the first year that Santa’s House will remain at the courthouse instead of moving to Kmart where it traditionally was placed.
Santa will start accepting visitors during First Friday at the courthouse from 4:30 to 8 p.m. Friday.
Saturday, the house will be open from 3 to 6 p.m., and Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m.
Hours on other weekends will be: Dec. 12, 6 to 8 p.m.; Dec. 13, 3 to 6 p.m.; Dec. 14, 1 to 4 p.m.; Dec. 19, 6 to 8 p.m.; Dec. 20, 3 to 6 p.m.; and Dec. 21, 1 to 4 p.m.
The Octagon Club, a high school group sponsored by the Optimist Club, will assist. The students will serve as Santa’s elves.
The Breakfast Optimist Club serves the youth of the community. Members get together every Wednesday morning for breakfast and a meeting.
