License suspension for a Goshen nurse and rehab facility owner… after the Indiana State Nursing Board said she was operating without proper certification and offering drugs and alcohol to residents seeking rehab. The suspension came down one day after the Indiana Attorney General's Office filed a petition for an emergency suspension after investigating allegations made against Rose Watson and New Day Home by relatives of former residents of the facility. The Attorney General's Office says Watson operated the facility without training, and having a licensed addiction counselor on staff. Watson allegedly employed her son as a “sober coach,” where he was accused of providing alcohol to residents. Watson, her daughter and grandson are also accused of providing medications to residents without doctor's prescriptions and the proper license to do so. More legal moves against Watson are expected.
