Starting Monday morning, Norfolk Southern will continue unloading rail through Warsaw as the first phase of a rail replacement project.
This means delays of 15-30 minutes at Ranch Road, Pope Street, Winona Avenue, and Fort Wayne Street crossings.
Once those crossings are complete, they’ll move to Hickory Street to continue the process.
The Norfolk Southern Track Supervisor says they will be able to get emergency vehicles across the intersections if needed.
