Mounds of dirt in front of the campus and scaffolding all around the stadium. That's what you see when you pass by Notre Dame these days, but will the Campus Crossroads construction affect your comings and goings on game days this fall? Doug Marsh with Notre Dame tells ABC-57 News, the answer is no. He says the area now that is under construction will be cleared and open to the public. The area will be paved and will give everyone access to the stadium as it always has. He says about 300 crew members have been working ten hours a day, seven days a week since the project launched eight months ago. The university's goal is to have all the construction completed by August of 2017.
