The Syracuse Police Department has release the name of the deceased gunshot victim. Syracuse Police Chief Tony Ciriello stated that gunshot victim has been identified as Joshua Randall Knisley, 19, Syracuse. Knisley was pronounced dead at the 205 East Main Street, Syracuse, address this morning by Kosciusko County Coroner Michael Wilson. An autopsy at the Northeast Indiana Forensic Center is still scheduled for later today.
