Power is restored in Warsaw following yesterday's outage. Dispatch contacted 1480's Phil Kuhn yesterday morning around 11 and said a major transformer had blown and a large part of Warsaw and Winona Lake were without power. The Warsaw Police Department dispersed units throughout town to help control the traffic until NIPSCO was able to resolve the issue. Some of the major streets affected included S.R. 15, U.S. 30, Parker St. and Winona Avenue.
