Two McDonald’s employees called police Wednesday morning after they claimed to see a man fondling himself in the parking lot of the Detroit Street location. According to Warsaw Police Department Lt. Kip Shuter, officers responded to the call at 11 a.m. and spoke to the man, identified as 26 year old Kyle Wagner of Warsaw and he told police he was in his vehicle using the McDonald’s free Wi-Fi and had also changed his clothes in his vehicle while parked in the lot. While McDonald’s managers did not wish to press charges for trespassing and only wanted the man to leave the property, they are now seeking charges for indecent exposure. The charges have been forwarded to the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office.
