County Road 1300 North near Milford may soon be extended.
The Times-Union reports the highway superintendent will be applying for a state grant that would pay for the project. The county would be paying the additional $1.88 million remainder for the project if the over $7 million grant is received.
If approved, the road would be extended from Old 15 to current State Road 15.
An overpass would be built over Main Street and the railroad tracks.
