Whitko School Corporation has hired a new superintendent. Brandon Penrod was selected to fill the role.
It was made official at a special meeting on Tuesday.
Penrod worked as the athletic director of Prairie Heights and Garrett High schools before coming to Warsaw Community School to be chief financial officer in 2016.
The Times-Union reports Penrod’s Whitko contract runs to June 2021 and can be extended five times in one-year increments.
