A bizarre incident — as a Bristol man was arrested after police say he mooned a woman and threatened her and her infant son.
49-year-old James Jenkins is charged with intimidation, public nudity and public intoxication from the incident last month.
According to court documents, Jenkins got into an argument with a woman near the 300 block of Division Street. She called police who came out, not once, but twice.
The second time was after Jenkins and another man began mooning her. She told police he then picked up a rock and threatened her.
The Elkhart Truth reports the woman ended up locking herself and her 4-month-old son in her car.
When officers returned, they say Jenkins yelled insults and even threatened to spit on an officer.
Once in the squad car, investigators say he got ahold of an officer’s coat, spat on it and rubbed it against his private parts.
