Kosciusko Community Hospital employees will show their support for community health at this year’s Fat and Skinny Tire Festival.
The event runs from May 15 through 17, with events in Warsaw May 15 and in Winona Lake May 16 and 17, according to a release from KCH.
“Our staff has a heart for putting community health first and focusing on health-focused events. The Fat and Skinny Tire Festival is one event that has grown over the years to become a premier community event. We are excited to be a part of it and encourage people to participate, “ said Stephen R. Miller, KCH chief executive officer, in the release.
KCH, Kosciusko Medical Group and MedStat Urgent Care staff will be at the event and participating in various activities throughout the weekend.
“We're very appreciative of great partners like KCH, who have been behind Fat & Skinny Tire Fest for several years. You can't continue to provide and grow a community event this size for 12 years without supportive sponsors that believe in what you are doing in and for the community. KCH has graciously shown that.” said Greg Demopoulos, Kosciusko County Velo president and Fat & Skinny Tire Fest planning committee member.
